Can I purchase the Shelves for Curiosities?

I love creating small, unique collections of products that allow me to keep experimenting and develop my ideas further. There will be more shelves available, but with new and exciting designs!

Do you ship internationally?

I am delighted to offer international shipping on all orders!
International orders 2kg and under are shipped via Royal Mail and DPD for orders exceeding 2kg.  

Do you cover VAT, Customs or Handling Fees?

Please note that all orders are shipped from the UK and international orders may have customs, handling or VAT charges applied before you can collect your parcel. At this time I am unable to cover the costs of any VAT, customs or handling fees on orders.

How long will it take to recieve my order and how will you post it?

 I aim to get your order posted as quickly as I can though for larger shop restocks it can take up to 7 days to package all the orders carefully to ensure they all reach their destination in one piece! 
Orders for the UK mainland are sent via Second Class Royal Mail with an estimated 2-3 days delivery. International Orders are sent through a Courier or Royal Mail services, with an estimated arrival within 5-7 days. Care is taken to find the most cost-effective and reliable courier, though due to the fragility and weight of ceramic objects, International shipping can be expensive for packages over 2kg in weight. International orders will be accompanied by a tracking number which will be sent to you via email. Shipping costs are calculated by weight at checkout and if there are any issues, please do get in touch via email at manifesto.ceramics@gmail.com

Can I return my order or receive a refund?

Though all orders are carefully packaged, accidents can happen in the post! If your order has been damaged during shipping, I will happily process a full refund including any additional fees. Please do get in touch via manifesto.ceramics@gmail.com to discuss this process further.
